Food is such an omnipresent facet of all of our lives.
More than just fuel for our bodies, if you concentrate and reflect, I think you can associate so many of our best memories with some gastronomic aspect.

I have worked in the Food Industry for most of my life.

I love to cook and pride myself on being able to enhance the human existence through my efforts in the kitchen.

I plan on using this category to highlight my own culinary achievements as well as direct, assist, suggest and report about all things food.

Have a favorite dish? A favorite restaurant? Have a culinary question? An etiquette question? As long as it’s related to foods, dining and all things gastronomic, I’m sure I can find something to say about it.
